The understanding of spirituality. Show compassion, patience and unconditional love. Do not judge and should share knowledge and ideas to try to support and encourage others to follow their own path. Try to become more aware and in tune with your thoughts and actions. This can be done through meditation, exercise or healthy lifestyle that will help you achieve the inner strength and connection with others.
